It’s been a while since I last updated this site, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been working on some new transit projects. I also managed to finish my Ph.D, so there’s that.
Most recently, I’ve been working on an improved map for the Detroit Department of Transportation bus service. Read more about it here and see the small preview below. DDOT has made huge strides lately in improving their service; one challenge has been the frequent rollout of new services while I was working on the layout! The map isn’t done in terms of detailing, but I thought I’d share the general layout and design ideas now. Let me know if you have any feedback with a comment!
The Beijing-focused project referenced in a post below is on a back burner for now, but something still near and dear to my heart as it combines transit and language. Hope to have more on that front soon.
